Renée has spent over 30 years working in the helping profession, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult moments. Her career began in a group home working with teenagers, where she saw firsthand the powerful impact that guidance, stability, and supportive relationships can have on young people’s lives.
She later worked in child welfare and in prevention and early intervention programs, helping children, adolescents, and families navigate a variety of challenges. These experiences shaped her deep understanding of resilience, family dynamics, and the importance of practical support during times of stress and change.
Wanting to expand her ability to help clients more deeply, Renée returned to university and became a Registered Psychologist in 2007.
Today, she enjoys working with adults, couples, families, and children, combining decades of experience with practical strategies to help clients strengthen relationships, regulate emotions, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
